The 2021 Sentra has a host of new features for Columbus, OH area drivers. Some of the features include it being redesigned to add a sportier look. The aesthetics compliment the quick burst and power that is an improvement from the 2020 Sentra. Also, the cabin has been modernized for more quality cloth seats and high-end leather. The trunk space is now larger compared to previous models. The new Sentra offers more high-end technology, which aids in passenger safety and driver handling and control.

All new trim variants of the Nissan Sentra are powered by a 2.0-liter inline-4 engine that provides 149 horsepower and 146 pound-feet of torque. Paired with the 2.0-liter powertrain is a continuously variable transmission. The Nissan Sentra is only available in a front-wheel drive configuration, but that won't stop you from taking control of the road. The aerodynamic design of the 2021 Nissan Sentra lends itself to efficient performance, ensuring you spend less time pumping gas and more time enjoying the drive.

Exterior

The new Sentra is a sporty car that adds to the blacktop traveling experience in Cambridge, OH and beyond. It comes with a chassis that has been redesigned. The aerodynamics are enhanced due to the hood's curvatures and rounded curves, which give it a muscular look. It offers a black "V Motion" grille between a pair of sleek LED headlamps with daytime running lamps. The fog lights at the bottom of the bumper give a unique look to the car upon approach.

The sloping roof not only adds to the beauty of the car but improves its acceleration. The sides of the Sentra offer wheel humps that exaggerate the boldness of the vehicle. The rear of the car features incandescent lamps for its stopping and turning signals. Overall, the Sentra provides a broader and longer appearance for 2021.

Safety

Drivers can look forward to a mix of driver assistance features and traditional safety features. Driver assistance features are almost the same across trims (except for an available driver assistance feature on the SR trim). The base S trim comes equipped with a solid set of tech and comfort features, including air conditioning, remote keyless entry with push-button start, cloth seat trim, and a six-way adjustable driver's seat. Standard tech features range from a 4.2-inch advanced drive-assist display to a standard seven-inch touchscreen infotainment display with Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ to Siri Eyes Free, Bluetooth connectivity, and a four-speaker audio system.

Drivers looking to move beyond the base S trim can look to the SV or SR trim. The SV trim adds in dual-zone automatic climate control, power windows with one-touch auto up/down, Nissan intelligent key with push button ignition, premium cloth seat trim, a leather-wrapped steering wheel. In the tech realm, the SV includes a seven-inch advanced drive-assist display, an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment display, and a six-speaker audio system. Notable additions to the top SR trim include sport cloth seat trim, available heated front seats and steering wheel, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and a leather-wrapped shift knob.

Interior

The Sentra has transformed its cabin and has a seating capacity of five. With the addition of the Nissan Zero Gravity Seats, passengers enjoy the added flair unmatched to those in its class. The front seats are designed to engulf the body. The compact sedan offers 15.1 cubic feet of cargo space.

The cabin offers a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment. The system features an AM/FM radio, CD player, USB ports, Bluetooth®, and more. On higher trims both Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay® are available. Music is emitted through a combination of four speakers with two tweeters.

Trim Levels

The new Sentra is available in three trim levels that include:

S trim has 16-inch steel wheels with full covers, remote keyless entry with push-button start, and a center console with storage.
SV trim has 16-inch aluminum-alloy wheels with 205/60R16 tires, an 8-inch color display with multi-touch control and 6-speaker audio system, and Intelligent Cruise Control.
SR trim has a dark chrome V-motion grille, LED headlights with LED daytime running light, and 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels with 215/45R18 all-season tires.
